Designed and Implemented traffic state call processing software, which includes a call connection control, vocoder interface, soft/hard handoffs, service negotiation, forward power control using EIB and PMRM, reverse power control, service option 2/9 test call, multiplex sub-layer, 13kbps data services, RLP type1and PPP interface.• Developed BTU (BTS Test Unit) performing various tests and diagnostic functions on demand or periodically within BTS (1994). Designed and Implemented BTS test and diagnostic software. The functions of BTU were a remote test call, Tx and Rx antenna RSSI measurement, transmitting RF power level detection, temperature detection, overhead channel monitoring, service option 2 and 9 test calls, markov test call.
