Support Engineer
CurrentProvide a great technical experience for all employees. Day-to-day includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to local machines, network connectivity, SaaS apps, virtual machines, email, Slack, and more. Performed the technical onboarding for new employees and have a large contribution to team project work, including but not limited to updating and maintaining corporate builds for Windows workstations, creating software packages for both Windows and macOS deployments, and testing and deploying new hardware or software applications to solve for challenges around the org.
