Distinguished Achievements: Q3 2018 Spotlight Award • Receive, process and authorize personal and commercial drawdown requests from BMO Private Banking. Ensuring that documentation requirements are met and drawdowns completed as per the terms and conditions of authorized credit transactions• Ensuring that the documentation selected to support the transaction has been prepared by referencing the Security Documentation Manual and ensuring any variances to the Security Documentation Manual are approved• Accountable to validate that security documentation is accurate, complete and has been properly executed (signed) and perfected (registered) prior to authorizing the drawdown.• Manages exception logs (E-Logs) related to drawdowns, and will put minor deficiencies only on the E-Log pertaining to documentation and drawdown, clearing them once any issues have been resolved, and complete loan applications/annual reviews • Ensuring the drawdowns are in accordance with sound principles and in compliance with Bank Policies & Procedures and in a timely fashion.
