HYT Asia is the subsidiary of HYT Watches, an independent Swiss luxury watch brand launched in 2011. The company takes charge of the whole of Asia market (including mainland China, Australia, excluding India). As marketing and communications manager, I report directly to the Managing Director of HYT Asia. Some of the responsibilities are: Marketing & Communications activities- Marketing and communications planning, the coordination and management of different marketing plans for the region- Events organisation and management, including market events, press events, collector dinners- PR and brand communication, maintaining media relations, drafting of press release or stories, mailings, and press kits- Coordination of advertising plan and support in advertising artwork for the region- Customer relationship management - Social media activities in China, content creation and fact checking for WeChat and Weibo- Coordination of merchandising and display as and when needed for different points of sales in AsiaAdministrative TasksBesides marketing and communications activities, I also support in the daily operational activities of HYT Asia, including reports, liaison with forwarders and freight companies, liaison with headquarters in Switzerland for various tasks and trips organisation.

At The Millenary Post, a luxury timepieces and menswear title, I took on the position of Creative Director. I was in charge of the look and feel of the magazine and the website. Besides working on layouts, it was also part of my responsibilities to do product shoots as well as digital manipulation where needed. As a publishing house, there were collaborations with various luxury brands on product launches and events which I managed - from logistics to liaising with vendors and clients, to marketing and design of collateral. Some of the clients which we've worked with include: Bedat & Co., Billionaire Couture, Bovet, HYT Watches, Manufacture Royale, Pierre DeRoche, Ferrari Owner's Club Singapore, Bone Marrow Donation Programme.

At my time at One International Real Estate, I was in charge of the redesign of the website, marketing collateral, as well as the photography of units for rental and sales.

Worked closely with professors on their research papers and conferences, including doing qualitative interviews and transcribing on various subjects whenever it as needed.
