As Senior Director for Data Analytics Solution (DAS) department is continue to report to Chief Technology Office (CTO) MIMOS. My department consist of the Solution Architect Team, Big Data Analytics Team, Business Intelligent Suite Team and Project Development Team. Total number of staff under at peak time reached around 100 resources.Beside managing multiple projects, Operation and Maintenance for delivered project in under my custodian such as Malaysian Health Data Warehouse and Corruption Intelligent System production. With more than 20 years' experience in Software Development and Operation sectors in Local, Listed, Multi-National and Government Owned Company. Combination of Technical and Management skillset are advantages to drive project towards successful. Recently with the experience on data warehouse dealing with the data to drive the value outcome using some analytic tools to create a strategic and achieve hidden valuable performance. I am a team based management style and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

I am a Director of MIMOS Customer System Solution (CSS) department that report to Chief Technology Office (CTO) MIMOS. My department consist of the Solution Architect Team, Big Data Analytics Team, Business Intelligent Suite Team and Project Development Team. Total number of staff under my department is around 100 peoples.The Development project mainly develop the Malaysian Health Data Warehouse(MyHDW) with the total number of 35 resources, Sistem Maklumat Rawatan Pesakit(SMRP) and Patient Registry Information System(PRIS) project with another 35 resources. All these 3 projects is for Malaysian of Health ministry for 2 years project duration with the total project values more than RM25mil. On top of that another project called Corruption Intelligent System with a total number of 10 resources.Prior to CSS department, I manage the Solution Architect team and prepare not less than 10 project proposal by using MIMOS technology platform and combination of open source technology.Wireless Embedded department is the first department in MIMOS that am involved with the wireless embedded programming that enhance the WiFi 802.11 driver. This enhancement is actually to implement MIMOS Intellectual Property become a product.I am also involved in CMMi core team to ensure the process will be carried out within the organization. The major involvement and contribution towards the process that we have achieved the CMMi level 5 in MIMOS. I am one of the assessors for this assessment.Nevertheless, I am successful managed and setup one of the Centre of Excellence in MIMOS which is CEMTA (Centre of Excellence in Measurement Technologies in Asia).

I am a project manager for 4 projects with 18 total numbers of staffs. The detail project is as below:1. Wireless embedded programming team that develops the driver for WiMAX MAC protocol stacks. This project was successful developed and demo the video streaming with the integrated driver and MAC application layer for the WiMAX CPE project.2. MAC development for the WiMAX 802.16e base station. This project just kickoff recently, still at the initial/beginning of the project.3. Security Smart card project. This is the legacy project from the previously development and at the moment the current tasks is to maintain and develop the new requirement from the customers. As of now most of the bugs are fixed and the new release will be ready in 3 weeks time.4. Digital Signal Processing (DSP) team to develop the WiMAX 802.16e CPE Matlab algorithm and convert it to c code for the implementation. At the moment the wave 1 matlab already completed and wave 2 is inprogress.I am also involved in CMMi and P-CMM core team to ensure the process will be carried out within the organization. The major involvement and contribution towards the process that we have achieved the CMMi level 3 and P-CMM level 2 last year in MIMOS. I am one of the assessors for this assessment.Nevertheless, I am successful managed and setup one of the Centre of Excellence in MIMOS which is CEMTA (Centre of Excellence in Measurement Technologies in Asia).

Overseeing 2 projects which are Tools and Lab. Tools team responsible to develop new tool for Test Coordinator for reporting purposes. Successful setup CDMA lab and UMTS lab in Malaysia office also managed Subsystem Verification and Validation (SV&V) for Operation & Maintenance Center for GPRS. Technical and managerial skills include Unix, Primavera Teamplay, System Administration, TeMIP platform and various automation skills in Perl, UML and shell scripting. Scope of position is broad and includes telecommunication customer support, issues tracking, team mgmt, S/w architecture, S/w Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Metrics creation and conducted trainings. 2004 Successfully managed this project for Design, Coding and Integration Test for DB Application Module which is one of the module/library with interaction between Client and Database for Motorola WLAN product. This project requires skill set in C, PL/SQL and Informix Database. Deliverables are the Low Level Design (LLD), Coding and Testing on time with quality. In 2002 - SR10.0 are release for iDEN project that I am involved in planning, developing and testing one of the libraries called LIBGTT. Responsible for Designing and Developing a system called Customer Service and Billing System using Visual Basic and Ms SQL Server solution for Wireless Data. Main deliverables were to produce a Billing System from scratch and produce bills for subscriber, at the same time provide management report documents.
