• Preparation of all sales documents (Quotation, Sale order, Sales Invoice as pergiven instructions by sales team.• Sending Quotation Analysis Report to each TSE every Wednesday and update insystem by Thursday.• Attend walk-in customers, help them with their queries & Maintain record.• Generating Tool repairing form and managing proper record of Repair Tools (DC,Invoice, Repair Tracking etc)• Sending Invoices with Bill of Entry & Undertaking to customers within 2 days afterinvoiced date.• Managing record of all Sales invoices with DC (customer signed), PO, B/E for allthe customers.• Maintaining optimum inventory levels in display Center.• Ensure availability of demo tools for TSE as per their requirement• Keeping record of Invoices sent to customers with DC signed by customers• Keeping track of ‘Delivered Not Invoiced’ and sending report to Sales Managerevery Thursday.• Pending orders Tracking and sending reports to SM every Thursday.• Send Sales Order to Logistics and Follow-up for its delivery.• Follow-up with customers and getting confirmation from them against orderssent via TCS or cargo lines about receipt of the material.
