My role at Xgrid has transitioned from a MarCom position to focusing on multiple areas around Marketing, Design and Brand Development. As part of this role my focus has been to build a team and carve out a business segment delivering seamless MarCom and Design solutions.As a team we have successfully launched valley based clients, worked on re-defining their product interfaces and contributed towards their market and social presence. Highlights of my current role are:- Create market and brand awareness of both Xgrid and its clients, offering brand, social and design services- Work with core and solutions engineering team to define User Experience parameters for our clients- Contribute to top and second tier messaging, creating technical and non-technical MarCom collateral-User centric research to focus on delivering UI solutions that are based around a UX first approach- Defining product roadmaps for clients based on user research, focused around user experience- Drive focused marketing campaigns which tie in directly with the sales and biz dev team.MarCom & Design function at Xgrid has grown 8x over the past 2 years and is responsible for technical marketing & documentation (API, product docs), social media marketing focused around brand awareness, brand elevation and definition, UX design for both websites and product UIs, explainer videos covering both internal activities at Xgrid and external client needs.

- Contribute to top level messaging definition and campaigns including product and organisation centric deliverables - Drive joint initiatives with our ecosystem partners (joint webinars, meetups, events)- Work with the engineering team to focus on driving products and feature sets to increase business mind share-Work with sales and field marketing to create and drive innovative initiatives to drive lead-generation-Create automated marketing and sales campaigns using tools such as Marketo, Hub Spot and Sales Force-Create and drive innovative initiatives to drive brand-recognition of Xgrid products and services- Work on development of product front end with a focus on UX/UI as well as definition of product roadmaps central to the industry

At Lets Innovate we work on creating disruptive products in the field of IoT and wearables. I oversee the development and design cycles along with the marketing aspects of our products.

- Contribute to top level messaging definition and campaigns- Drive joint initiatives with our ecosystem partners (joint webinars, meetups, events)- Create the whole spectrum of sales tools and collateral (PowerPoint presentations, datasheets, white papers, customer case studies, solution briefs) to communicate the value proposition of PLUMgrid’s products and solutions to customers and partners-Work with sales and field marketing to create and drive innovative initiatives to drive lead-generation-Create and drive innovative initiatives to drive brand-recognition and adoption of PLUMgrid products and solutions- Work with Engineering to develop product roadmaps- Define scope of feature sets and key release deliverables (based on Market, Customer and Partner feedback)

- Responsible for both digital and traditional marketing strategy for existing and new products- Overseeing the development of systems (CRM, Mobile Apps and Digital Content) to integrate new services and merge current brands with new products- SEO management and web development goals that needed to be aligned with business vision

I worked on creating multiple pilot applications for University of Derby. This role involved following areas as part of my responsibilities:- Working on applications development for mobiles (iOS, Android)- Delivering tutorials, Consulting organisations for mobile appsdevelopment- Project Management, Setting timelines and managing long term goals forCreative Media Exchange.

This role revolved around managing, maintaining and planning around SLB's activities for their maintenence segment. In a nut shell I worked on following areas:-Troubleshooting and maintenance of down-hole electronic and electrical equipment- Software integration with the hardware and in depth analysis of down-hole tools and their performance under different environments- Operationally managing the resources of the Instrument-Engineer Lab- Working with the field team to optimize testing down-hole equipment and prepping them for specific jobs
