• Manage construction activities, such as the installation of thermal vapour compression units and piping and structure steel platform grating.
• Supervise the preparation of MTO from ISO drawings.
• Expedite the procurement and preparation of hydro test package with demarcation P&ID drawing and ISO drawings; attend the shutdown meeting with the client and subcontractor.
• Prepare tie-ins, steam line, seawater, nitrogen line, and demin water line.
• Develop the scope of work for oil and gas-related activities, including the execution of piping erection and all mechanical work until the commission stage.

Ras Laffan, Qatar

• In my role as Construction Engineer / Superintendent (Piping / Mechanical), I delivered shutdown requirements, inclusive of planning, pre-shutdown and post-shutdown activities, for this brownfield project. Inspecting.

Mangala Processing Terminal Barmer Rajasthan (India)

• Onshore major capital project construction management company for large oil and gas pipeline projects.
• Managed spool fabrication, erection, line checking, and hydro-therapy of packages.
• Monitored activities in existing facilities to ensure adherence to scopes of work and HSE standards.
• Served as primary contact for sub-contractors and prepared daily activities, resolved conflicts, and ensured all documentation (such as P&ID and ISO drawings) were included in work scopes.
• Led the development and implementation of safe work sites for both clients and contractors through safety, emergency response, and safety plans as well as incident/accident investigation processes.
• Managed construction personnel and construction activities within budgets and timelines.

Ruwais Abu-Dhabi (UAE)

• Ruwais NGL Expansion project phase 3 with a construction budget of $287M, which consisted of a grassroots gas plant including NGL fractionation, propane refrigerator, molecular sieves, DEO &LPG gas treating, sulphur.
• Supervised the erection of spools/piping according to piping drawings, provided progress reports to the section engineer, and resolved any technical issues.
• Managed the project piping group and ensured deliverables were developed on time and schedule.
• Incorporated a pressure piping integrity management program, including analyses of various data.
• Preparedchecklists, balance works, equipment layouts, piping GADs and erection, and fabrication isometrics for piping of various classes and grade materials.
• Developed and maintained engineering standards and specifications related to piping and valves.

Oman

• Isomerisation and revamping of Oman Refinery Company, including construction of a new penex facility in Muscat (Sultanate of Oman). EPC contract value was $84M.
• Coordinated material movement activities between subcontractors and fabrication shop.
• Performed project management tasks, including ensuring proper alignment with stakeholders and providing accurate estimates, project costs, and schedules.
• Visually inspected the fireproofing at an existing structure and submitted a report to the client.
• Prepared an initial scope for the construction activities for modules 1 and 2 of the project.
• Managed a team during construction and pre-commissioning at the construction site.
