As a ski instructor, Ward handled large groups of skiers from all levels often taking challenging groups, or customers that proved difficult to other instructors. (Worked seasonally May through October) I worked here while I was going through the SAIT Culinary Arts program. My duties consisted of morning prep to get the restaurant ready for lunch and dinner service, then progressed to the hot line for lunch service, and prepared soups and salads for the dinner service. I worked well independently while prepping, and then as a part of the team when the restaurant opened for service.
