Assisted with marketing and business development initiatives for a comprehensive, SaaS beverage-management solution for the hospitality industry.

• Forged strategic partnerships with Empire Merchants (largest beverage distributor in Metro New York), Intralot (world’s largest lottery provider), and Athens Distributing (TN Wine & Spirits distributorship) to cosponsor Blast Panel digital signage installations in over 100 hospitality, wine/spirits, and convenience store locations throughout NY, TN, GA, NE, and VT.• Worked in conjunction with strategic partners and their clients (as well as Blast Panel’s sales, creative, and programming teams) to develop and augment the Blast Panel user interface.• Managed signage installations and on-boarded/curated relationships with business owners that utilized the Blast Panel platform to ensure successful implementation and customer experiences.• Wrote copy and co-designed Blast Panel marketing tools (branding, website, brochures, and pricing guides).• Developed and instituted customer service protocol for technical assistance requests.• Collaborated with strategic partners to procure advertising budget allocations and approved digital content for display.
