Virgin Australia is one of Australia’s biggest airline groups with more than 6,000 employees.I was responsible for managing Consumer PR & Social Media and leading a team to promote the Virgin Australia brand, product, service, guest experience, community work, and Velocity Frequent Flyer. I was also Managing Editor of the inflight magazine.During my time, I helped to communicate the appointment of a new CEO, impacts as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and also the voluntary administration process to internal and external audiences.

Myer is one of Australia’s largest department stores with more than 40 stores across the country and over 10,000 team members. I managed all Group Communications for the business including delivering corporate and financial communications, as well as internal and operational communications.During my time with Myer, I also led the communications for the business transformation strategy, developed communications for a new CEO appointment, and managed Myer’s reputation during a challenging retail and corporate environment.

Australia Post is a Government Business Enterprise providing postal, retail and eCommerce services to all Australians, with over 35,000 staff and the largest retail network in Australia. In my role, I was responsible for 24/7 media responses as the Australia Post spokesperson including managing communications for major issues such as the Black Saturday bushfires and union strikes.

AUSVEG is the peak national body representing vegetable growers.In my role, I was responsible for editing the industry magazine, ‘Vegenotes’, coordinating the Annual Report, and implementing media campaigns and events to promote the vegetable industry.
