As the Lead Guide at MTN DAYS I provide and organise guided adventure activities and workshops in mountain environments that also both promote health and wellbeing and increase confidence, for individuals and groups (both informal and corporate).I've worked across outdoor retail and have also spent over 12 years at the forefront of eCRM, from concept through to strategy, building relationships with many high profile, global clients alongside leading and managing in-house and remote, creative, development, deployment and QA departments.Having a broad technology experience and knowledge, I provided expertise for technical delivery and am highly versatile both from a technical and business perspective, helping clients realise their opportunities to build insight, create value digitally and deliver results.I'm an advocate of dispersed and flexible working practises.
