I was Tasso's first software hire and helped build out the software product and engineering teams. Our software team built a SaaS application that allows healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and research organizations to remotely conduct clinical diagnostic blood testing in patient homes using Tasso devices.

Started Tasso's software product, Tasso Care, an end-to-end SaaS solution allowing healthcare, research, and pharmaceutical organizations to easily conduct at-home clinical diagnostic blood testing for patient populations. I also managed a team of 5 software engineers.

I primarily worked on machine learning algorithm training, data pipelines, and ETL using Python, SQL, and Spark for KenSci's Patient Flow product which used electronic health record (EHR) data and external data sources to predict Inpatient population and census metrics including risk of readmission, length of stay, and discharge disposition.

I worked on multiple consulting engagements in Guidacent's cloud practice, building SaaS applications and services in Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure.Client: MicrosoftI worked with the Microsoft Device Care team to create a technical onboarding guide for new global device repair and exchange partners onboarding to Microsoft Azure systems and services.Client: NordstromI worked with Nordstrom on a 9-month project to build an API-based purchase order microservice in Google Cloud Platform that reduced purchase order creation time and gave Nordstrom more visibility into purchase order data.

Epic is a healthcare software company. As a Program Manager in the Boost Services division, I led large projects directly at customer sites. I led a couple of projects at Stanford Health Care related to IT mergers and acquisitions. The first project consolidated all of Stanford's 100+ clinics under a single Epic clinical and revenue service area. The second project implemented Stanford's revenue cycle applications at a newly-acquired hospital system, leading a team of 12 developers and analysts.I also ran a system optimization program for ambulatory clinics and worked on population health reporting at Santa Clara Valley Medical.

I managed teams of technical services engineers as part of the Anesthesia and Phoenix Transplant/Ambulatory product teams. I was responsible for overall customer success within these applications. I also completed software development projects, both for customers and for released features of Epic products.

I completed custom software development projects for customers, developed features in the standard released versions of Epic, and managed customer relationships. I worked on the Anesthesia and OpTime surgery products.

I managed customer relationships, set up and configured SharePoint environments, and was the leading revenue-generator on the sales team. Fpweb.net was a cloud SharePoint managed services vendor.

Demand Solutions is a supply chain planning and demand forecasting software company. I ran the Google Analytics and Google Adwords programs, automated the lead generation process, and led an implementation of a marketing automation system and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales and marketing.

Steve & Barry's was a 250-store retail clothing company. I worked on data analysis, business process improvements, and automation related to imports, tariffs, and cost accounting. I also led the design for an SAP Master Data Management (MDM) software implementation.
