Work as a project manager in office and remotely: - Oversee all special projects: planned and executed project for a life-sized display of toy for trade show booth including social media campaign; created, planned and executed initiative with 85 independent sales reps on how to capture more leads/business, followed up to see the project through- Lead sales and marketing activities to ensure effective communication within company and to independent sales force- Manage trade show tasks: booth and sample orders, supplies inventory, deliveries to and from shows, travel/hotel reservations, sales leads, track invoices and costs; travel U.S., attend set up, show and tear down- Manage image and documents database using Dropbox and Excel- Coordinate catalog and price list mailings; generate catalog price stickers for sales reps and print- Coordinate email marketing newsletters, product updates to reps alongside B2C marketing team- Complete product information sheets in collaboration with customers - Oversee and maintain B2B Portals of the website: ensure up-to-date information is accurate- Manage inventory reports; run weekly and email to customer listsBudget/Sales Support: - Oversee month-end marketing budgets, Sales Reports, monthly commission reports for sales reps across the US, monthly and quarterly brand reports for additional distributed lines- Manage all incoming leads and distribute to principal sales rep; maintain closeout leads contact file- Run quarterly vendor reports and monthly commission reports; compare projected vs. actual budget Customer Service Management: - Manage B2B customer service department associate: ensure order entry is current and all customer service requirements are being met: order entry, phone calls, emails, dating terms, inventory reports- Optimize and ensure all customer orders are entered and questions answered- Ensure BrokerForce/RepTime/Brandwise/Handshake orders are imported efficiently
