• Job involves resolution of delinquent accounts and normalizing them instead of rollback and minimizing losses.
• Working independently in offices located in other cities with minimum supervision.
• Offering settlements to the customers with habitual delinquent history and recovering the money in full with the best possible negotiation.
• Tracing the customer in or out of the country and negotiating with them to pay their debts by acting as a problem solver of customer issues.
• Following up with the legal department to initiate legal actions against defaulters such as travel ban/police & civil case.
