Working on the Boots account, focused on increasing the value of customers though the Advantage Card loyalty scheme. This included:• Strategic responsibility for the CRM comms (email, direct mail and app messages) to Boots' 17 million Advantage Card customers• Delivering digital projects to grow the customer base such as launching the mobile Advantage Card, creating a social-first beauty brand for GenZ (BootsX), increasing adoption of the app and creating a student discount scheme. These projects led to a 24% year on year increase in sign-ups to the Boots Advantage Card• Creating marketing campaigns for Boots and Boots Opticians across TV, print, radio, social and PR

Working on large scale digital transformation projects in the media and retail industries. These included:• Developing a customised Siebel CRM solution to hold records of art objects as well as customers at Christie’s Auction House • Designing the operating model and processes to support the revamped Nectar scheme at Sainsbury’s • Ensuring new Salesforce ad sales system met business requirements at Condé Nast• Project managing the implementation of Adobe Assets at John Lewis• Leading change management for a Taleo implementation at The GuardianAlongside client projects l supported business development through:• Writing whitepapers and attending industry events to promote Deloitte Digital’s capabilities to potential clients• Preparing and presenting at bids for new business• Leading planning and delivery of internal comms and events for Deloitte Digital
