Over 15 years experience within the Aerospace industry and 7 years as an on-site Program Manager in Europe involved in both domestic and international aircraft maintenance / modification programs. Key area of expertise is in nacelle products providing on-site real time solutions, representation, maintenance and technical support to the customer. Focus on compliance, creative and innovative troubleshooting, LEAN operations and ensuring contract performance metrics are met and high levels of customer satisfaction achieved.
