I re-joined Delta Software Limited (now Access) in 2010 following 2+ years at Four Soft (now Kewill). I was responsible for advising clients of process improvements and supporting change management through the implementation of new software platforms primarily for 3PL, e-commerce and wholesale distribution. Internally, I led the Delta new business team, the customer account management team and implemented a best practice approach to client engagement. FY10-12, I led a full re-brand of the Delta business with associated collateral, drove 2 very profitable years of double digit new business growth and opened up a partner channel which ultimately lead to the sale of the Delta Software Ltd business mid-2012 to one of our newly introduced partners, The Access Group.The Access Group acquire Delta Software Ltd in July 2012 and 'Access Delta' is formed as a new business unit within The Access Group to specialise in warehousing and distribution. From 2012 to present, The Access Group has grown from a UK based, £25M T/O mid-market software provider to a c.£650M T/O 'UK TOP 10' software provider across but now supporting multiple geographies including Australia, New Zealand, USA and Romania. My role has been to support the merging of the two businesses and I continue to be responsible for the overall new business targets within the newly formed Access Warehousing & Fulfilment Division and to make a sizeable contribution to the overall Access Group through 4 x very successful PE backed growth cycles over the last 10 years.Jan 2020, Access acquire www.mintsoft.co.uk as a fantastic cloud based platform to further expand our footprint into online order management and warehouse management. I've enjoyed welcoming the Mintsoft team into Access, turbo charging the new business sales engine, recruiting a new sales team and providing pre-sale support to our 200+ Access account managers.

I was recruited into the role at Four Soft (since acquired by Kewill) to head up the commercial launch of a new logistics and warehousing software solution, primarily to the UK market. This was done using a SaaS commercial model and online cloud delivery (both a fairly new concept in 2008!) plus the associated new business and marketing efforts to support this.We made very good progress and gained several UK clients and then began a campaign to roll this across EU, USA and India where I took on the role of a pre-sale, industry expert to support the sales teams in the various regions while continuing to lead the new business charge in the UK.
