I empower my customers to achieve more through the use of app innovation technologies like Azure PaaS and SaaS solutions, GitHub, and other developer tools. As a CSAM - Application Development I worked with and supported a number of Independent Software Vendors across the United States as they sought to improve their products and customer experiences as the world transitioned back to the office. I helped my customers modernize their applications and transition off legacy technologies by leveraging Microsoft's Premier and Unified Support offerings.

As a Account Manager for Microsoft, I partner with companies as both an adviser and project manager to help them achieve more through the cutting edge technology Microsoft provides. I helped my customers adopt innovative tools, solutions, and best practices around cloud, security, and collaboration so that they could continue to provide excellent products and services to their customers at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Located at the Johnson Space Center, as an IMOC* Contractor, I had the opportunity to support NASA's Flight Planning & Procedures as a member of its Mission Planning Software Group with the development and deployment of OPTIMIS, the primary Planning Application utilized every day by Astronauts onboard the ISS. As the President of MISSO, the Management Information Systems Student Organization, my key responsibilities were to oversee organization events, cultivate relationships with other professional and student organizations, and pursue MISSO's mission to become the premier business IT organization in the United States. My contributions include: Facilitated MISSO’s first ever involvement in a national competition and conference (USITCC) and brought home trophies in subjects like Business Analytics and honorable mentions in IT Security Achieved an active member count of over 350 members making MISSO the largest student led IT organization in Texas
