I’ve always enjoyed digging customer problems and identifying the right solution, and this approach has helped me enjoy my work in diverse industries handling roles in different departments. I grew in my career from front line service staff to handling regional roles, which helped me in becoming an effective communicator across teams and levels. Managing Sales / Business Development roles has made me a go-getter. Since childhood I’ve been passionate about investigating and probing, this motivated me to take up courses like Employee Fraud Management; Analytical Thinking; Detection and Prevention the learning undoubtedly helped me in investigate and address complex issues, make decisions and develop solutions. Currently, I am helping my clients find the right human capital while my focus has been client-centric along the way I realized the satisfaction in connecting with talents and helping them find great careers.
