Additionally, I took charge of valuing the progress, which directly influenced subcontractor monthly payments.The sustainability aspect was crucial. I managed the intricate documentation process and collaborated with both contractors and consultants to attain LEED certification. This entailed a thorough understanding and management of the ESC plan, IAQ plan, material approvals, and waste management reports.Beyond the construction phase, I also conducted thorough inspections of occupied buildings, offering solutions to potential challenges and meticulously estimating budgets required for maintenance.Reference projects:CAS Center, Bangkok: Transformed a 26-year-old, 36-floor tower into retail and office space.
