Main Responsibilities:• Record financial Transactions and maintenance of financial files and records.• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger, preparation and reconciliation of bank statements.• Prepare monthly financial statements & reports.• Responsible to maintain and update the stock record.• Maintain transparent Cash Book and Bank Book to show the Credit, Debit and Balance of the amount clearly.• Establish and maintain supplier accounts.• Administer the monthly payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner.• Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes.• Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities. • Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time. • Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed. • Assist in account payable and receivable activities.• Perform account reconciliation activities.• Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.• Conduct finance audit periodically and recommend improvements. • Assist Senior Managers in financial management and reporting activities. • Review of staff attendance and time sheet.• Perform other related duties as required.

Main Responsibilities:• Develop and manage annual budget.• Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.• Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentations.• Administering payroll, employee benefits and organizational insurance.• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.• Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly.• Managing day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using Mycom Accounting System, producing reports as requested.• Review customer reviews and customer related statistics.• Record and maintain proper filing system.• Maintain financial files and records.• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.• Prepare monthly financial statements & reports.• Responsible to maintain and update the stock record.• Perform other related duties as required.

Main Responsibilities:• To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.• To supervise and motivate a team of survey staff responsible for the collection of data.• To assist in the recruitment and selection of survey staff, contribute to improved attendance management and undertake Personal Development Reviews in accordance with established personnel procedures.• To handle the administrative work arising from survey work including timesheets, expenses, sickness and leave records.• To ensure a high standard of accuracy is maintained at all times and undertake supervisory visits as required.• To attend meetings at relevant levels in association with the above duties.• To communicate effectively with the public, elected members and employees, other bodies and government agencies.• To provide guidance to trainee posts as required.• Perform other related duties as required.
