Senior Scrum Master for 3 Scrum teams (2 onshore 1 offshore) delivering multiple software releases for two of our customers using cloud based infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines. Improved the collaborative nature of the teams by ensuring retrospectives are not just being held but the identified improvements are owned, implemented and measured examples being (WIP, cycle time, throughput and lead time). Introduced and own the continuous Agile planning for the teams ensuring all teams have an elaborated backlog from which work from. Helped WEX with an Agile transformation programme moving away from a waterfall development model to one based around Scrum. My role was to act as a product Owner for a new cloud based fuel card platform.Acted as main contact for large oil company that had decided to replace their legacy fuel card payment system with our cloud based system. I had to understand and solve the issues with moving from the legacy system to the new digital cloud based platform, understand what the client needed from the system and then collaborate with the development team in New Zealand to deliver the changes.
