Overall responsible for managing a business unit of plantation during land development (GRTT, Land Clearing, Socialization), immature and matured stage• Provide leadership for effective implementation of operational level business plants and achievement of key target within the environmental and social sustainability.• As a member of the senior management team, engage in reviewing and updating policies, procedures and systems, as well as adopting industry best pactices. Subordinating implementation team research and Implementation and Improvement of Agricultural policies• Take a trip to All Estate and Mill in order to service the supervision work on all Operation (Genba system – carrying out Plantation and Mill inspections – Cross Block Control) and making sure everything runs according to the SOP (PDCA system).• Manage and control all plantation projects, formulated and consolidate the operating budgets for these projects as well as supervise the operational and administrative functions of the estates and mills.• Advise the Senior Manager and Estate Managers on technical matter pertaining to sustainable Plantation development and mamagement strategies.• Supervise the Senior Managers, Estate Managers and Asistants in their key job functions• Social networking with communities and Government officials• Provide technical advice to the Managing Director and other jobs• Trainer of Cultivation and Quality Control Circle in Management Trainee Program.

Bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan kebun karet di PT. Putra Katingan PratamaSuccess Story:Akibat banyaknya tekanan eksternal dan internal kebun, awal tahun 2009 PT. Putra Katingan Pratama dalam waktu 4 bulan, 2 orang Estate Manager resign.Pada masa - masa sulit ini saya dipercaya untuk menjadi Acting Estate Manager yang ke 3 (April 2009). Dengan penerapan strategi team work dan pendekatan personal yang kuat dan dibarengi dengan kemampuan managemen konflik akhirnya pada akhir 2009 semua masalah dapat diselesaikan dengan baik.Dengan keberhasilan ini ditambah dengan keberhasilan lainnya maka pada bulan September 2011 akhirnya dipromosi menjadi General Manager (Rubber Plantation Controller) PT. Triputra Agro Persada Group

Masa yang sangat sulit dimana harus berusaha untuk fight dengan segala perubahan management, aturan dan juga perubahan budaya (adaptasi cepat dan tepat) yang diterapkan oleh owner yang baru. Sukses melalui tahapan ini sehingga akhirnya pada bulan Januari 2007 dipromosi menjadi Asisten Kepala di PT. Brahma Binabakti dan selanjutnya pada bulan April 2009 dipromosi menjadi Acting Estate Manager PT. Putra Katingan Pratama di Kalimantan Tengah.
