Subordinating implementation team research and Implementation and Improvement of Agricultural policies• Take a trip to All Estate and Mill in order to service the supervision work on all Operation (Genba system – carrying out Plantation and Mill inspections – Cross Block Control) and making sure everything runs according to the SOP (PDCA system).• Manage and control all plantation projects, formulated and consolidate the operating budgets for these projects as well as supervise the operational and administrative functions of the estates and mills.• Advise the Senior Manager and Estate Managers on technical matter pertaining to sustainable Plantation development and mamagement strategies.• Supervise the Senior Managers, Estate Managers and Asistants in their key job functions• Social networking with communities and Government officials• Provide technical advice to the Managing Director and other jobs• Trainer of Cultivation and Quality Control Circle in Management Trainee Program.

Brahma Binabakti dan selanjutnya pada bulan April 2009 dipromosi menjadi Acting Estate Manager PT. Putra Katingan Pratama di Kalimantan Tengah.
