• Designed AutoCAD drawings consisting of fresh air supply & return air duct lines, ceiling cassette head layout, volume control dampers, air louvres, flexible ducts, and pipelines for the VRF system for Water’s Edge.
• Created installation AutoCAD drawings for Air Handling Units, supply and return ducts, fresh air fans, and gauges for Water’s Edge Hotel 1st floor MVAC project.
• Designed AutoCAD drawings for sprinkler head layouts, piping, hydrant motor-pump set, sprinkler motor-pump set, pump room valve and piping arrangement with accurate dimensioning for Sampath Headquarters Fire Protection.
• Drafted AutoCAD drawings for smoke detectors, heat detectors, sounders, MCP, sprinklers layout, proper placement of extinguishers, and exit light for the Hikkaduawa Riffs Hotel FP & FD project.
• Becoming proficient in AutoCAD 2D, creating title blocks, & legends, and effective communication with project engineers, site staff and consultants to draft accurate drawings and get them approved.
• Site visit to obtain accurate measurements, confirm locations, & pathways and properly document the information.

Sri Lanka

• Industrial gas filter design for an incubator using AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and ANSYS.
• Field visit to China to evaluate the Injection mould of the product.
• Test system/ bed design to test the structural integrity of the designed filter.
• Re-engineering of a Light Source and the Glass Stage used in the assisted reproductive technology.

• Maintenance & overhauling of Marine Engines.
• Maintenance & handling of propellers, valves, heat exchangers & pumps.

• NDT testing of weld joints using radiography, thickness gauging using ultrasonic test equipment.
• Fabrication of new steel parts units using flame cutting, bending, rolling, and welding operations.
