Our Technical Engagement Consultant (TEC) team operate as trusted advisors, mapping out our clients' technology stacks. We give your firm access to seasoned Bloomberg Technical Consultants, who partner with clients to create a “current state” workflow map. The process highlights use of software services, data delivery and consumption, and technology state. A joint approach helps not only uncover business processes, but the state of the underlying technology stack, including current connections to Bloomberg services. Technical consultants work across asset classes and functional divisions to fully understand your firm’s operating model and illustrate each touchpoint in a comprehensive technology schematic. Following this process we provide strategic recommendations based on client goals, industry best practices and peer comparisons.Our Pre-Sales team is responsible for providing technical workflow solutions to new and existing customers across both Buy and Sellside Financial Organizations. Enterprise Technology works with these firms to help them with both standard and custom solutions. We handle extensive custom data mapping, transformations, workflow extensions, and certified connections across real time and batch protocols (FIX, MQ, TCP/IP, Web APIs, SFTP, etc.). This allows our clients to connect multiple systems in order to create seamless workflows throughout their business.
