As an accomplished, forward-thinking executive leader, I have a history of success in fiscal oversight, strategic planning, and improvement initiatives in the investment banking sector. Instrumental in leading growth of global portfolios, I have also managed business development, change management, financial and risk management, operations, and technology initiatives. Previously, I served as the COO of Investment Banking and Capital Markets, where I acted as strategic counsel to the firm’s management team, advising on various matters, including financial planning and human resources. In addition, some of the major highlights of my career include the following achievements:· Championing a remediation effort, which included client onboarding, know your customer [KYC], financial crime risk, and transaction booking counterparty credit risk performance assessment, following a major default.· Implementing regulatory change requirements, including comprehensive change programs that enabled seamless business interactions and operations. · Being named COO of the Credit Department at the request of the CEO and providing strategic guidance regarding financial planning, risk management, and team compensation.
