Prefer win-win scenarios. - 47- year business career to date, since graduating from the University of Chicago Business school in 1976 - First 23, initially starting in financial analysis and management with Zenith Radio Corporation and then Motorola (in 900 MHZ division at the infancy of Cell Phones)- This morphed into a brief experience with a family business and then to a 15-year CFO role with a major regional Real Estate Developer from the early 1980's to 1999, at which time I left to start my own real estate development company.- Since 1999, built companies that developed over $500M (3.2 M SF) of Residential Real estate (7 hi rises, 1 mid-rise from 9 - 36 stories, and 40 +/- Townhomes the early 2000's in the South Loop of Chicago, Evanston as well as Milwaukee.- In 2011 - 2014 involved in an effort to build a Construction and Development Company in the Middle East.- 2015 to early 2019 various consulting work, primarily in the real estate, ATM, and gaming sector.- Early 2019 - October 2022 circumstances precluded me from being active business wise. - Currently effectively utilizing that experience coupled with my other business roles and skill sets to rebuild in a major way, that respects and honors my proud family heritage and principals. - Now actively focused in energy, primarily but not limited to SMR's (Small Modular Reactors) , both natural gas and nuclear, in addition to water management and battery innovation, and solar initiatives, domestically and internationally.
