Warren hit the ground running after his graduation from Florida State University with a degree in engineering. He was already working during his summer and other school vacations, so it was an easy transition to become a full-time employee. Warren has a special affinity for all things to do with boats. He was brought up on Sarasota Bay where he has been lucky enough to be a very successful tournament fisherman for over a decade. His grandfather is a retired commercial fisherman from Cortez.In the field he has been an integral part of the design, implementation, and quality control of many trailers including the largest wet launch trailer in the world, he has been highly involved in engineering sales specializing in the commercial and fishing boat industries, and he performed an energy audit at a Cummins testing center.
