Managing a team of between 8-16 Advertising sales people on an area campaign basis throughout West and East Yorkshire. Motivating, training and supporting them to deliver the highest levels of customer service as well as growing their clients spend with the company. However after 16 months in the role and following a change of Regional Manager, I chose to change to an Account Management role rather than to manage people, a step which proved to be much more mutually beneficial
