Directed one of the first companies in the early days of managed contractor networks. During my tenure we matured from losing money to profitability, became a full line network by adding several speciality trades and developed several key online software applications giving us distinct competitive advantages.

Managed a TPA and independent insurance adjusting company. Beginning with 1 office and a handful of adjusters as we grew it to a company with 9 offices in 3 states. We were also the first adjusting firm with a complete online claims management system. As a result of our efforts we were acquired by one of our largest clients in 1999. Licensed adjuster in multiple states for over 25 years.

Developed the industries first computerized personal property inventory, pricing and replacement application. Features included depreciation tables with a taxonomy of over six thousand categories, built in database of 100,000 items and an internet search feature.
