The role includes working closely with KSA suppliers to understand their current capabilities and business aspirations to ensure that transferred work can be carried out to time, cost and quality. Principal Accountabilities include:• Definition of the Industrialised opportunities available to KSA industry from the wide range of programmes delivered under the Typhoon aircraft programme, aligned to the wider KSA Industrialisation strategy.• Leadership of the BAE Systems Typhoon Industrialisation team within Riyadh consisting of both Saudi and UK nationals. • Senior management (up to CEO) engagement of KSA industry to understand business plans and determine how to effectively insert Typhoon programme activities into KSA industry. • Engagement with a complex Customer environment to ensure activities satisfies Operational requirements and the Saudi National agenda.• Support to the wider Industrialisation Strategy Development within BAE Systems across multiple platforms.
