Sound Installation Technician I joined the company as a trainee soundproofer where I began by learning the trade. For the first year I learnt how to install quality soundproofing. As a quick learner I was able to advance to learning the various products like SBM5, Acoustic Plasterboard, which we commonly use to soundproof a wall. I also had to learn about the other entire product that the company used to soundproof ceilings, wall and floors and what system we used for different noses some of the common problems was vibration and air pocket. Most of the time I work in a team which help me to learn and develop my skills base. My role also included me taking in store and singing for deliveries. As I develop more skills and knowledge of the trade I was able to assist newcomers to company learn about how the company instilled the system.
