Responsibilities include all finished goods inventory, loading and shipping for the largest East Coast beverage production facility in the Northeast USA. Receiving of all packaging supplies, materials, concentrates, etc., used in the manufacturing of Pepsi, Canada Dry and assorted other labels products. Manage a 6-day, 24 hour operation, staff of 40 unionized forklift operators. Member of the Plant Safety and Food Safety teams. Pallet ordering and repairs in excess of 12k weekly to ensure a quality supply of multiple sizes in stock for the palletizing of finished goods.

Responsible for acquiring print and digital subscribers for seven Advance newspapers across NJ, PA and NYC. Managed relationships with over 200 retail business partners and seven Marketing Promotion companies. Responsible for $1.3mil expense budget to attain >$20mil in annual revenue.

Responsible for acquiring new print and digital subscribers for the Star-Ledger resulting in 50k new subscribers annually and creating and maintaining all retailer and vendor relationships. Responsible for 100 field staff and over 700 Independent Contractors to make over 1mil home deliveries weekly across NJ from seven distribution centers in a 7-day operation.

Responsible for managing the home delivery and single copy sales departments. Created and managed all payroll, expense and revenue budgets and achieved goal at every level. Responsible for the Transportation and Packaging departments of over 350 employees in the production plant. Coordinated all workflows between Editorial, Advertising, Pressroom, Distribution and Transportation to minimize costs, achieve all deadlines to accommodate the expectation of all customers in a very tight production and delivery window.
