Deploy new software tools for in-bound lead generation, giving sales and purchasing greater insight into customer purchasing behaviour, improving sales conversion by around 20%.> A broad knowledge of using Google Analytics and other tools like AdWords (Keyword planner, Display Planner & Trends), Optimise, PageTest, Tag Manager & WooRank in order to generate drive web traffic, brand awareness, re-marketing campaigns, improve and track site performance, usability, conversion and click through rates.> Co-ordinate attendance at various School Business Manager events, University Purchasing Consortium events & Microsoft ShowCase Classroom events, ensuring relevant display stands and literature is used.> Work with Tier 1 manufacturers like HP, Microsoft, Samsung, Clevertouch, CTOUCH (and others) to negotiate quarterly MDF and deliver joint campaigns on brand awareness and product promotion. Review performance and report back with relevant analytics from the campaign activities.> Create and send email communications to customers and prospects, including product re-marketing campaigns, A/B testing, email automation, market segmentation and dynamic content.> Internal marketing & rebranding; Project managed a £100k office refurbishment to maximise desk space, improve staff morale and productivity. This included a new canteen space with bespoke furniture and break-out spaces, 2 sales floors, meeting rooms, and collaboration spaces.> Created and set-up a new subsidiary company apple4schools.co.uk; created brand guidelines, built new magento e-commerce website in-house with associated plug-ins & FTP’s, review and monitor site using SEO and analytics tools, content creation and product information.
