Act as a key interface during post contractor management reviews including defining business requirements, assisting in resolving issues and disputes and measuring risk and agreeing next step commitments.Ensure that all Contractors comply with the requirements of their HSE PSMP and with all State and National Regulatory Safety requirements.Ensure suitable contract resources are available to meet scheduled demand – Participate in the project risk assessment process.Communicate risk and safety requirements to NBN employees and Principal Contractors. Assist in the Development of and implementation of weekly and monthly performance reviews with each contractor including record keeping of each review.Maintain a reliable performance reporting capability per contractor – SLA, quality, complaints, reschedules, re-work, contract variation claims, recommended QA checks, process compliance as well as training and accreditation, etc.Gain agreement with Contractors for remedial actions, communicate to relevant parties and track progress against commitments.Provide recommendations and input to future Contract term reviews and the Contract payment reconciliation process.Maintenance of all required probity standards by contractors and own team(s).Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and coordinate a continuous improvement culture with contractors to deliver efficient and effective services, (giving value for money).
