I consulted with clients to gain a brief on their desires for a new home or multi dwelling project. Once this was achieved I did the designing, costing and modifying where required, then presented the final home design and pricing for contracting with our clients.

I managed sales budgets, debtor control, stock ordering, warehouse control, tenders, sales training and mentoring. In addition to managing some major accounts I negotiated with suppliers and builders.

There were 25 in total• Responsibilities for the above included setting sales and margin targets for our own stores, as well as the dealers and electrical retail channels - ensuring sales and margin growth and promotion of their business in a cost efficient manner• Liaised with media organisations regarding advertising / promotions• Managed the stock and distribution of products to all channels• Identified new opportunities to help grow Carriers' Dealer business along with our own stores• Managed the conflict which occurred frequently between the above business channels• Debtor control of all stakeholder channels.
