Support of clinical and non-clinical applications in MEDITECH Magic and Client Server EHRs while under contract with Ascension Technologies. Further performed duties as Technical Architect in the development of High- and Low-Level Designs, clinical analyst support of projects, both as National Initiatives as well as hospital-specific.Took on a role as Resource Group Manager (RGM) overseeing two separate teams of analysts from Ambulatory and Clinical/Ancillary support. Responsibilities included overseeing allocations of resources for local and national projects, working with Project Managers in defining work estimations and allocation of resources. Coordination with TechM and Ascension Technologies Service Delivery Managers in ensuring resource allocations are accurate, time entry is up-to-date, and mitigate issues as they arise to provide the customer with expected outcomes.
