In this role, I lead external and internal corporate communications, marketing services and strategic customer account management with oversight of public affairs, social media, marketing, promotions and sales collateral. I continue as a member of the Phibro Animal Health Executive Team. A key accomplishment has been heading the “One Phibro” corporate.

In this position, I served as the chief marketing officer of Phibro’s $400M Animal Health business segment with oversight of marketing, sales, technical support, market research and strategic planning. I was a member of the Animal Health Executive Team and collaborated with senior leaders to increase sales to $400M from $200M and profitability by a 3x.

Here I headed the global compliance function with oversight of legal compliance, regulatory and technical initiatives, including policy development, training, auditing, disciplinary action, corrective measure and communications. In addition, I led the Elanco Global Compliance Committee. Key accomplishments included developing and implementing new global.

I replaced previous management in this general management role to turn around multi-site operations in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Burma representing overall sales of $25M. The position included oversight of government relations, key accounts, sales, regulatory affairs, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources and geographic market expansion.

In this general manager role, I led strategy and operations, compliance and talent development for a $6M business. We increased sales by 166% and doubled profit during this three-year period (one year ahead of plan) by developing and implementing a five-year strategic plan to increase profitability and change the business model.
