Equipment Manager for Baseball and Men's and Women's Rugby.

- Manage and purchase $75,000 worth of equipment and apparel on an annual basis for five varsity teams- Operate as primary assistant to all football needs such as the maintenance and repair of equipment- Manage and lead the hiring of 25 laundry assistants and 8 football student managers- Lead the setup and breakdown of practice equipment in accordance with daily practice plans- Attend daily football practices as well as every home and away game while providing equipment support- Coordinate game day setup and breakdown of locker rooms, sideline equipment, and CoachComm headsets- Assist with laundry services for both practice gear and game day uniforms of 33 varsity sports- Provide assistance to visitings teams and support staff upon arrival to our facilities

As a Regional Recruiter for Maverick Sports I used social media as the main platform to contact college basketball athletes and pitch them on our company. I was the initial and primary contact between these athletes and Maverick Sports where I would communicate the benefits of our organization. As a Lead Recruiter I focus on the more important athletes as well as instructing new recruiters on the most effective and efficient way to sell out organization.

My task in this position is to create an entertaining and memorable atmosphere for UConn fans by operating promotions between UConn and their sponsors to engage UConn fans as well as running sponsored events during game intermissions for fan entertainment.

In this role I would communicate with fellow managers and the coaching staff to aid them in daily operations such as training sessions and warm ups for games. I also would operate a video camera to record game and training footage for use during coach's meetings. Most recently I took on the recruiting of new student managers in which I interviewed over 20 candidates.
