Was responsible for:- Doing detailed thesis and write ups for our own research on public and private companies beforeexecuting trades.- Applying Portfolio Management principles and Systems for our private funds.- Executing trades responsibly with proper risk management.Highlights:- Managed to achieve triple digit returns in equity investments over the duration of 2 years.- Grew our private funds to a decent size in a span of 3 years.- Managed to gain recognition in the equity investment space and a recognized investor in Stockbit(Malaysian Stock Platform) with few thousand followers- Coach in several US and Canadian Discord Platforms (Jeremy Private Stock Group and Jayconomics) and facilitated group calls empowering hundreds of members and improving their game in equity investments- Provide backend write up thesis for Ticker Symbol YOU channel

Was responsible for:Fully developing 5 projects (commercial and industrial) worth a combined GDV of 600M from scratch. A- Z process:1) Deriving solid feasibility projections before deciding to buy the land2) Collaborated with strong consultant teams during designing, planning, building and handoverstages to complete projects at stipulated timeframe. Consultants involved are Town Planner, Surveyor,Architect, C&S and M&E Engineers, Quantity Surveyor etc.3) Involved heavily during planning stages to maximize GDV while blending in Design DNA of project.With a construction background, I also worked closely with design team to save costs on certain itemsmeeting budget.4) Was solely in charge of expediting approvals from relevant authorities from KM (Planning) to BuildingPlan and CCC (Handover) Stages running to relevant authority departments (MBSA, IWK, SYABASetc.)5) Coordinated monthly/bi-weekly consultant and construction meetings with relevant contractors,overseeing site progress and QC Stage during construction6) Expedite approvals for CCC and coordinated QC before handover stages.Others:- Oversaw overall project operations and produced project status reports outlining each scope to meetmilestones.- Hired and managed consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to complete development projecttasks. Worked closely with design and contractor team to save costs for certain elements during BQStages.- Monitored project and program quality to meet audit expectations.- Developed project control roadmap to guide various projects.- Obtained needed resources by strategically negotiating with stakeholders and outside suppliers.Impact:- Successfully saved 50% on original land conversion premium amount (saving millions) for industrialproject- Negotiated deals with Gamuda & Land Office on not to acquire our Leasehold land for MRT wideningproject- Negotiated with personnel to expedite necessary approvals- Made 2x returns for our investors
