• Products and Marketing development, in charge of Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand,Vietnam,Philippines,Indonesia,Korea,Japan,Taiwan,Hongkong,Macao etc countries.• In charge of the management of Oversea Distributor& Agent, including North America(USA,Canada,Mexico),Australia,New Zealand,Poland,England,France,Russia,India,South America(Brazil) etc. countries.• Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.• Build internal metrics to bring detailed visibility to the business. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Sales methods and results, and recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.• Evaluate and formulate the necessary infrastructure support and organizational structure to sustain the growth of the organization that is consistent and economically adequate for attainment of business objectives.• Provide visionary leadership on market positioning including the expansion of product offering. Provide input to Marketing and Engineering of the business units to ensure that current core technologies and products are adapted for the international marketplace consistent with customer's needs. This also includes understanding and successfully navigating.• Provide leadership in developing and maintaining a close customer relationship with all customers through customize negotiations and engagements with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the products and services offered and to know their needs in their future projects.• Make professional market and application analysis, develop related product pricing strategies. Support and conduct training to improve product knowledge, application knowledge, sales arguments and competitor information.• Watch closely the development and organic growth of product range and initiate actions for improvement.• Report to Sales Director and President, including monthly/quarterly/year-end sales forecast, shipment and quality performance etc.

• Lead OEM Project Team to develop, drive and execute the strategic and tactical OEM Sales plans/strategies working with Engineering Dept.,Production Dept. and QA Dept. to achieve planned revenue.• Provide leadership in developing and maintaining a close customer relationship with all OEM customers through customize negotiations and engagements with OEM to ensure that they are satisfied with the products and services offered and to know their needs in their future projects.• Collaborates with Flow USA,Europe,Latin America,Asia and China etc. to develop an operating plan and ensure proper resources are in place to support OEM Business(WJP/Mach2b/Mach2c/Mach4c/Titan systems).• Report to Sales Director and President, including monthly/quarterly/year-end sales forecast, shipment and quality performance etc.
