I devour the works of authors such as Simon Sinek, Patrick Lencioni, Brene Brown, John Maxwell, Angela Duckworth, and many others. Through my roles in leadership at various companies throughout Reno and Carson City, coaching and captaining ultimate frisbee teams at the collegiate and club levels, and just everyday life, I have discovered that satisfaction comes from helping those around you. If you can take a little time every day to learn, check in, help, remain humble and hungry, and stay positive with yourself and those around you, then at the end of a year you will have had a transformative effect on your surroundings and I believe this is the basis for true leadership.Since 2019 I have been working at Madole Construction. This is a company that cares and that does work that really matters for our community. We take on the toughest structural issues and help people save their homes when others shy away. Ours is an industry of true dirty jobs and we are always looking for people who believe in the phrase dirty jobs clean money.
