Overview: Act as overseas pre-sales technical solution manager in ZTE, responsible for the government & enterprise(Hereafter called GE) marketing, including provide solution, make market scheme, dig business opportunity, project management, etc. Responsibilities: 1.Investigate the GE market, make the matched pre-sales solution for the market; 2.Visit the customer and introduce the products or solutions, discuss with them for the potential business opportunity; 3.Follow up the business opportunity and to do the market activity accordingly; 4.For the business opportunity which have been confirmed, go deeper and to do the guidance in advance; 5.For the project which will issue the bidding documents, to do the guidance in advance, answer the technical part, to do the technical clarification before or after the tender, the detailed solution design and make; 6.Follow the pre-sales part of the won bid, including all the procedures, solution audit, etc, until the delivery part; 7.Also responsible for the information collecting and analyzing from the competitor;

Provide after-sales technical support to the customers, includes reply the technical consultation by email or telephone, make English technical instructions, etc.2. To do the after-sales technical training to the customer, mainly include how to use the product, the principle of the product, trouble shooting, etc.4.
