I am excited to be named President of CB Supplies and American Granby. CB Supplies is a manufacturer of PEX and PERT tubing in Surrey, BC, and a master distributor of a wide range of plumbing, heating & refrigeration products. American Granby is a master distributor of many pump & waterwell, pool & spa, plumbing & heating and irrigation products. American Granby distributes CB Supplies' PEX & PERT pipe and fittings into the USA and CB Supplies is the exclusive distributor for American Granby products in Canada. Both companies have been established for more than 50 years. My family purchased American Granby in 1997 and CB Supplies in 2012.

In March 2012, Monarch-McLaren purchased CB Supplies and its affiliated companies, including Vanguard Pipe & Fittings Ltd. I am now responsible for looking for improvements to the organization as a whole, as well as the integration of American Granby's products with that of CB Supplies. My goal is to maximize the operations, profitability and sales of all the companies in the group in both Canada and the United States.

As the General Manager I oversaw operations for our Canadian office and distribution centre. I was involved in all aspects of the business with the goal of improving profits through sales growth and minimizing costs. I was also responsible for looking for and pursuing business acquisitions that could make a good strategic fit with our group of companies.
