Joined Matrikon with fewer than 10 employees and over several years held key technical and leadership positions while the organization grew from a privately held company with annual revenue's less than $1MM to a public company with ~650 employees and revenue's in excess of $75MM annually. I helped build and manage groups engaged in regulatory and advanced process control applications including model predictive control and soft sensor development. Over a decade, I assisted in setting corporate strategy and direction and managed some of the key product development in the company. Over time our business shifted from being a provider of process control services to a preferred supplier of production optimization solutions worldwide. Matrikon became global leaders in the areas of: control loop performance assessment and monitoring, MPC assessment and monitoring, MPC step testing and model identification as well as online equipment/machinery health monitoring and diagnosis. I was involved in some of the companies key acquisitions and partnerships over several years and retained some of the companies true technical thought leaders. Matrikon truly had amazing people !
