Day to day supervisor of the Benefits Operations Team responsible for managing the health & welfare, retirement, pension, disability & leave, tuition assistance, and invoicing process. Responsible for all benefit processes, implementations, vendor interfaces and auditing. Lawson HCM Benefits Lead pertaining to system configuration, testing and validation for projects including benefits open enrollment, acquisition and partnership implementations. Coordinates and partners with Total Rewards, Employee Service Center and Business Partners. Workday Human Capital Management Benefits Lead responsible for the successful implementation and operation of Ochsner's Health & Welfare Benefits Plans, configuration and administration within Workday.

Provides support for implementation of benefits processes and design as well as preparing and processing benefits reports. Act as a communications consultant for all written benefit communication sent through mail, email and online to employees and vendors. Ensure timely filing of regulatory and mandatory benefits reports. Review data to complete costing, utilization and funding analysis for the Ochsner Benefit Plan. Work directly with auditors to assure issues are logged and managed to completion.Responsible for vendor relations and process improvement with a mission to lower costs and improve the total rewards package offered to Ochsner employees.
