• Responsible on processing of payments. Ensuring all invoices are properly documented, classified and recorded in the System. Reconciling vendor/supplier Statement. Preparing Cheques for payment.• Recording all payments entries in the system and applying accurately against paid invoices.• Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation of company’s 30 bank accounts.• Processing of Stock Transfer from one company to another ensuring all charges are recorded as landed cost.

• Bookkeeping task. Recording all expenses charged to each department and preparing monthly report and analysis on allocation of budget.• Checking the completeness of necessary documents to be attached in the vouchers.• Journalizing the Cash and Check Disbursement and Monthly submitting the Subsidiary Ledger to the Commission on Audit.• Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation and coordinates with the Treasury Department.• Prepares Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld of all Municipal Employees which are to be submitted to Bureau of Internal Revenue.

• Attend and provide consumer’s accounts for their queries.• Assist consumers for the application of refund of deposits.• Prepares analysis on Construction work in Progress.• Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation.• Prepares Account Analysis as required by our Department Head.• Assist in Internal Audit Preparations.

• Assess Petty Cash book accuracy and completeness and recording the cash disbursement accordingly.• Responsible on processing of all location rentals payments, doing monthly amortization, preparing prepayments and accrual schedule.• Prepares Monthly Income Statement of each location• Prepares analysis and recommendation on monthly financial figures as compared to budget and previous year and issue reports as required by the management.• Review actual against the budget performance and prepare report explaining budget deviation.• Prepare all necessary reports and other account analysis as required by the auditors.• Assist in Budget preparation and encoding in the system.
