OTCDERIVNET Ltd is the joint owner of LCH SwapClear (derivative clearing) • Provided strategic oversight and industry guidance in a challenging period as the Clearing House responded to regulatory / legal changes (Dodd Frank, EMIR) evoked by the 2008 Financial Crisis.

• Steered the teams through the BoA / ML merger. Leveraging prior experience integrating Bear Stearns into JPMCB, and Chase into JPM, I created a positive culture ensuring we kept key performers and resolved into a single department.• Advised senior management in best practises, risks and mitigations of merging two organisations.
