Working as a freelance artist for Recycle Girl from Tortoise Play Studios, an up and coming handmade premium brand of up-cycled mittens and hats for all ages. All items are handcrafted by a small team, that guarantees a high end product with no duplicate designs. Using luxury materials such as Merino Wool, Cashmere, Angora and other top quality fabrics are all purchased and cut in and around Trumansburg, NY. After they are sliced and diced they are shipped off to Chicago,IL were I complete the construction. I also perform quality control test on each item before the next phase of production. Once completed, all items will either stay in Chicago or be sent back to NY for the final decorative details. These handcrafted labors of love are sold in exclusive boutiques across the country, Farmer Market's and private craft shows in Chicago and NY.
